Like she does I also like visiting different bathing facilities around the World and have some information to share.
I am Russian and I love to travel. Once I discovered that traveling and just sight-seeing is kind of boring without an actions. Since I love traditional hot Russian Banya I started to visit public bathes in the countries I traveled. Then I found that it is very challenging hobby. Now I am probably going to change my approach to trip planning and start planing trips to the places where I will be able to find SPA facilities.
The places you read about at my blog are not only public bathing facilities, but SPAs, natural water sources such as hot springs as well as private saunas and other hot water recreation resorts. When participating in public bathing, treatments are usually self-administered, and are done so by entering a hot or cold source accessible to other people at the same time. They are usually culturally specific and entered for the purposes of health and cleansing.
